1. Service Booking and Registration
- To book a cleaning service, you must register and provide accurate contact and address details.
- You must be 18 years or older to book a service.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
2. Payment and Pricing
- Prices for our cleaning services are displayed on vscleaning.com and may change at any time.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other online payment methods through a secure third-party processor.
- V&S Cleaning Services is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Free cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full service price.
4. Service Terms and Customer Responsibilities
- Our cleaners will perform services as per the booked package. Additional services may be requested but are subject to additional charges.
- The customer must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the property. If access is denied, it may result in a missed appointment fee.
- Valuable or fragile items should be stored away before the cleaning service. We are not responsible for damages to unsecured valuables.
- We use industry-standard cleaning products. If you have allergies or special product preferences, you must inform us before booking.
5. Liability and Damage Policy
- We take great care in providing quality cleaning services, but in the rare event of damage, customers must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
- Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.
- We do not take responsibility for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation of items.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are issued only in cases where a re-cleaning or resolution is not possible.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Use
- Your personal information is collected for booking and service purposes only.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors).

8. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any customer due to unsafe conditions, harassment, or violation of our terms.
- If a service is terminated due to customer misconduct, no refund will be provided.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
- In case of disputes, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be settled in the courts of California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
